Through the interaction of strength, coordination, balance and endurance combined with a lot of fun in the challenges, a motivating training is created that we follow in the course of these programs. Step by step you get new coordinative skills that motivate you to do the program sustainably. The instability and forced centering of the center of gravity creates a biofeedback loop. This biofeedback forces you to adopt the correct posture in the exercise.
